Working with Johnny…was a fantastic experience! They made me a reasonable offer, then actually increased their original price substantially, after inspecting my home. I accepted within 24 hours. There was no inspection period. The title search process was quick and short. We were supposed to close in 15 days, but they were actually able to close TWO DAYS EARLIER! Broker’s Title Co confirmed having closed dozens of homes for Johnny. All cash in the full amount of the original offer, with no closing costs to me! They were very flexible by allowing me to stay in the home past the closing date, in order to allow more time for moving my belongings out of the house. Simple, quick, and trouble-free!

My experience with First Bay Capital (owner Johnny Diamantas’ previous company name) was smoother than I could of imagined. At first we got a letter indicating an offer on my house that appeared to be to good to be true. I was hesitant at First. I made the call to the company to see if the offer was legit, I was assured that it was. Within two or three days a representative showed up to inspect the property and assured me that the offer was legit with no hidden agendas. Less than three weeks later, another representative showed up with paperwork for me to sign to complete the purchase of my home. The next day, that money was in my bank account. I was very surprised at how respectful and professional everyone was. They did all the paperwork and leg work to buy my home quickly and effortlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.
